NACRA 15! Will this be the new official ISAF YOUTH MULTIHULL?

The choices will be made during November in Spain at the end of year ISAF meeting. If this new NACRA 15 gets chosen, will this be the pathway towards the future of catsailing/racing from youth sailors to the Olympics!!
