28mm OD on the large end that fits the tiller fitting.
Has a slide depth of approx 80mm into the cross bar with a OD off 25mm going into the cross bar.
Suitable for most Maricat and some early NCA (NACRA) 350 cross bars.
Comes with screw, but not pin.
