The Swivel Control Cleat has been designed to overcome the problems of making control line adjustments from different locations on the boat.
Typical Applications are: attached to the mast for halyard hoists and Cunningham eye adjustments, fastened forward and below the boom for sail outhaul control, located at the extremities of traveller track for regulating car location.

Hole spacing for bracket 25, 20, 25mm (4 holes)
